We had our home and garage roofed by ACME. It required removing the old roofing, making repairs and installing new shingles and communicating clearly. We had 5 bids. They were in the middle as far as pricing, and the reasons we went with ACME were because Jay Clement’s admiration for his team, a feeling of his honesty and excellent communication skills. I saw houses they roofed and read reviews and felt good about choosing them. Now my wife and I are delighted. Tim, and Victor and their team were responsive, efficient and had a genuine desire to finish the job right. It was a pleasure watching them support and help each other. And, most important they responded to our questions. I highly recommend them.

I recommend them. Their price was good. They provided us with information and large samples, to help us decide on the color of the roof. They showed up on time, with large crew; so they finished in one day.They cleaned up thoroughly before they left. We have a nice looking roof now.

Amazing service from top to bottom. Spencer & his team came out and did an amazing job. Tim & Victor were onsite for the project (house and garage) and their professionalism & care were evident from the second they walked on to the property. I cannot recommend them enough. Even my neighbor has commented on how clean the worksite was & how great our new roof looks.

ACME roofing replaced our roof about a year an a half ago and the process was honest, fair, seamless and the crew were really wonderful. They made sure everything was perfect for us. Subsequent to that we had a leak around our fireplace chimney and I called in a panic and they were back within the hour to improve the flashing...fast forward to today and again another leak and again Johnny on the Spot they were here in an hour. As it turns out it wasn't the roof at all but our chimney. They still revamped the flashing, sealed it and covered our chimney until we could have it repaired. They also helped us with a referral. A roof is a big deal, it's an investment and protected everything underneath. ACME takes this seriously and they know homeowners are anxious when there are roof problems demonstrating this by their empathy and speedy service. Two enthusiastic thumbs up for ACME Roofing! Stop looking and hire these guys!

**UPDATE** ACME contacted us and they have been personally assisting us with finding out what repair work should be done and by whom to resolve this issue. We never expected this type of customer service, especially after so many years. It has been a pleasant surprise! We had our roof replaced a few years ago. At that time we thought they had done a great job at a reasonable price. We have since found out that they never notified us our roof rafters had rotted, which should have been repaired or replaced at that time.
