From start to finish we had a great experience with Tristate Roofing. We were nearing the point of selling our home and were just getting a bid from Tristate for a new roof incase it came up in selling negotiations, but we were not planning to replace it initially. However once Joe, our consultant, met with us and listened to our questions he took the extra time to personally climb up and inspect everything about our roof, taking pictures to show us and give us a full rundown of its condition. After listening to a briefer than normal version of Joe's sales presentation about Tristate, which was fantastic, my husband and I ended up both making a complete 180 and deciding within 20 minutes to go ahead and take the leap to install a new roof with Tristate before selling. The roof, and a free solar tube, were all installed in one day, and now the finished product is absolutely STUNNING! So glad we opted to do the new roof with Tristate as it will surely enhance our sales price and curb appeal, as well as our peace of mind. My only reason for giving 4 stars rather than 5 was just in desiring more communication from the installation team leader throughout the installation. I felt it would have been helpful if he had had design/architectural knowledge/advice of where best the free solar tube could be installed, as well as just more communication before and after the roof was done. When the crew was done I was just given paperwork to sign off on and I had to pause and tell them I'd like to take a quick look first before signing off. It sounds like a full walk-through is a typical practice of Tristate, but it was just missed by my crew unfortunately. Fortunately however in the end, everything did look fantastic. Thanks Tristate!

Tri-state did a great job with our roofing project. We have a flat roof and they were able to install a torch-down project in a quick turnaround at a competitive price. The only issue we had with the project was the initial estimate process took long due to a salesman approach and there was a lack of communication at the start of the project. Other than that the work done was excellent and the follow up communication was great!

Tri-State roofing did a wonderful job on our roof. They were totally professional, timely and friendly, and our new roof is absolutely beautiful. I would recommend this company to anyone needing roof work.
