We contacted Legends on two different occasions to schedule an appointment for a roof quote. Each time the office took our information and we were told that someone would be in contact with us in the next day or so. We have since completed our complete roof replacement using a different company whose customer service and reputation is obviously much more valued. If Legends is this difficult to get ahold of when trying to get a quote and give them your business, I cannot imagine how they would react when a roof had an issue and required immediate attention. Based on the operations and customer service we experienced I cannot recommend Legends.

Contacted their office and supervisor for estimate...nothing....Have not even had the courtesy of a return call or acknowledgement of request for estimate when requested on their own web site......been over 60 days..Not sure if they are very reliable and tells what one might get for service quality.....

Called this place today and the woman who answered the phone was extremely rude. She said they were busy and that they were only working for existing costumers. You could have said that WITHOUT being rude. If the person who answer the phone is that bad, I can imagine the rest of the staff...
