Landmark roofing was recommended to me by a coworker who had a flat portion of his roof redone, so I gave them a call. Rener from Landmark was very easy to work with and communicated well throughout the process. The new roof looks great and was installed quickly. Rener and his crew did a wonderful job in providing our house with new roof and gutters. Unlike other roofers, he did not try to impose a "standard' one sided form but allowed us to negotiated a balanced roofing agreement. The worked commenced only a few days after the papers were signed and finished in four days. The crew answered our questions and were exceptionally, polite and helpful. I’ve been in a house remodel for 5 years. I’ve had to hire and fire many people. Landmark has been outstanding to work with. I’ve worked with them on two different occasions, and I will be hiring them again in the future. They are by far my favorite company to work with. If I could hire them to do more work for me, I would. Sure they cost a little more, but they get the job done right and they don’t add stress in your life. I feel their price is very fair, so don’t be scared to work with them based off the last sentence. They are so nice, and easy to work with. They clean up everyday after work, they will stop and chat with you and you don’t have to supervise them. They are amazing at communicating with the client. I left and went to Hawaii, without a worry. They are outstanding! Seriously, if you need siding and roofing done, hire them!
