From start to finish we have nothing but high praise for Elite Roofing. Kenny our sales rep was honest, knowledgeable and explained every step of the process and asked us what we wanted and gave us options. He answered all of our questions and most of all listened carefully to our concerns. Everything he said unfolded exactly like he promised. Our calls and questions were responded to promptly and the timeline we had requested was honored. The crew was so efficient, fast and professional. They treated our home with respect and took care to cover our plants and/or move furniture out of harms way. Each day before they left for the day they spent time picking up any roofing materials or nails. After the job was done, they were conscientious in picking up and cleaning up any debris from the work. They left our yard and gutters, etc. in excellent condition. The inspector promptly contacted us to schedule his final inspection and came the next working day after completion. Our new roof is not only beautiful but we have the confidence in knowing the product and labor are the highest quality. We highly recommend this company.

Elite just completed installing a new roof and gutters on our home. They were top notch from the estimate through completion. Great communication throughout, they were fantastic solving little surprises that came up during the course of the job and were super sensitive to a special situation on part of our project. Roof and gutters look fantastic and I am confident they will be there if and when we need them. Highly professional and thorough, highest recommendation.

I am totally happy with everything they did. Quality and conscientious workers and very efficient support staff. No extra hidden costs, and billed as quoted. I really didn’t think they would finish on their timeline for 44 squares (2 days to remove and replace all but the deck) as I have a very steep and difficult roof. Can’t say enough good about my experience. Would I use them again? Absolutely.....but I’ll be dead before I would have a need. Well, hopefully not.

I had a fantastic experience with Elite Roofing. I asked them for a roof cleaning, just before the big windstorm. This was after our 'little wind storm" a week earlier. They arrived promptly to investigate and found a hole in my roof, provided a quote. I asked about adding a cleaning and they added that quote to the other. Within days, the hole was repaired, but the cleaning was delayed due to weather and the flu. After the thaw, Ben arrived to clean and treat the roof. He took extra care to complete the repair - getting shingles replaced, dropping powder - and the best part, CLEANED THE ENTIRE DEBRIS AREA around my house. I almost didn't recognize my own home. He bundled all the debris and even placed my bins at my driveways end. Super impressed by these guys. They did a great job and I've asked them to check in annually for annual cleaning/treatment.

They did an excellent job. No surprises on work dates or costs. Did a few little extras without any issue. Recommend highly. Other companies estimates given by salespeople who I doubt had any hands on roofing experience.
