Back in October of 2017 I began communicating with the Sales Rep Danny from Valentine Roofing. I was communicating for 2 neighbors and myself. I received at least 6 estimates for my roof, negotiating, reading reviews and talking to other neighbors. From day 1 Valentine has been extremely responsive. I have not been the easiest customer, I am sure I drove Danny crazy with all my questions! After all was said and done we chose Valentine and signed the contract in early March (I was the one that drug my feet from October....NOT VALENTINE). We went with Valentine for several reasons 1) I value reviews and great customer service 2) I value doing business with a company who is upfront and honest 3) I saw the beautiful work they did on 3 neighbors houses while we were dragging our feet. Once we were assigned a PM, Salvador, I received phone calls and emails thoroughly explaining the scope of the project. Loved Salvador! Monday April 2nd our materials were delivered, the same morning the crew began removing the old roof! They worked until 7pm Monday and were back at it to finish the project Tuesday....YES....my roof was complete in 1 1/2 days and it looks FANTASTIC. This crew was off the charts, their care for my spring flowers, their precautions to cover the entire yard (although quite small) with tarps as to not leave any debit in the yard was outstanding. Clearly Valentine is doing something right....you don't have employees that are so kind, respectful and just overall good people if you are not treating them properly! YES, I would 100% recommend Valentine. I will say, they were not the cheapest estimate, but for a roof I find tremendous value in the company and the project that is being done. I had 1 other bid I was seriously considering and then read reviews on his company...... thank you Valentine for a job well done.

Recently I needed to have some roof repairs done. I had 2 other companies come out, one guy looked at my roof for all of 5 minutes and gave me a huge $ estimate, another seemed ok but told me he would mail me my estimate in a week, and the last one I got was Valentine Roofing. I went with them because they were honest and upfront about what my roof needed for repair and I also liked that my estimate was given to me right on the spot. Luis answered all my questions and also did an amazing job with the fix. He also put in the bid to get the moss off my roof which I was happy to hear. I will use them again when I need a new roof. I would recommend them to anyone.

My roof was looking a little mossy and needed to be cleaned. Called for an estimate and had a gentleman out 2 weeks lately. He did a great job and even cleaned my gutters out completely! I will be having them clean my roofs every year in prep for winter.

We love our new roof and gutters! We considered 3 other companies and am so glad we chose Valentine. The office staff, the representatives who came to bid, and the entire crew were friendly, professional, and helpful. The office folks were very communicative and kept me well informed about timing the job. The crew who came to do the roof worked hard and did a fabulous job. They were careful to cover the flower beds, laid tarps, and cleaned up after themselves very well. The job was completed fast, and it looks great. We have a very steep roof, and safety is important to me - I noted that they used safety harnesses and appeared to be using caution. On top of everything, the pricing is competitive! I highly recommend Valentine Roofing.

We recently had Valentine Roofing put a brand new roof on our house and garden shed. Our experience with Valentine Roofing was great from the salesman, office staff and roofers. The job was completed in one day, clean up was great and follow-up was provided. They went the extra mile and provided details such as very customized flashing to prevent any future wood damage. I would recommend Valentine Roofing to anyone!
