The owner, David, was very quick to respond to my inquiry with a reasonable quote. I didn't call him back to follow up on the quote and schedule the gutter replacement service for nearly a year, and was somewhat surprised when he never tried to raise the price from the original quote. He came to our house about a week before install so we could choose the color we wanted the seamless gutters to be to ensure consistency with the paint of the roof's fascia. On the date of installation, he and the other member of his team showed up on time, replaced my old gutters with the new ones and hauled away the old. David said that if I had any issues whatsoever, just to give him a call and he'd come right out to address it. My house looks so much better with the new gutters. I can recommend David and his team at Northwest Gutter King.

No call, no show for the the appointment to bid (estimate) work. Made it for the second one. Then no showed /call for the appointment to do the work .

We called the company on a Wednesday afternoon and gave them our address and information and they said they would get back to us in a couple days with an estimate. So we waited and finally called them again on Sunday. the guy that answered sounded like he had just woken up and we told him that we were waiting for a call with an estimate, "Oh shoot" the guys says and asked for our information again and then said he would do it right then and call us back within the hour. Not even 20 minutes later we get a text from the guy and he says, "i"ll have to get you an estimate on Monday" (meaning the next day). It is now Thursday and we haven't gotten a call from anyone. Safe to say that we WILL NOT be going through a company that is unreliable and who doesn't care about a potential customer.

I went to a home and garden show in Pasco and filled out a quote card for a couple rain gutter companies. Northwest gutter king was prompt with their quote and had an unbelievable price plus 15 year warranty. The owner scheduled a day to meet so we could go over color cards to match the trim. He showed up on the scheduled day and had the continuous gutters installed in about 3.5hrs. There were no hidden costs, and the gutters looks great!

His quote was very competitive and he was easy to work with. The down spouts we requested had to be ordered which he said could take up to 2 weeks. It actually shipped in less than a week. He called to notify us that he would be at the house at 9:30 a.m the next day. His work was flawless, neat and tidy. I highly recommend Northwest Gutter King.
