Nick Yusi has always been around to help with whatever is needed. He screwed the roofing down and fixed the double doors on a large building on this property. I appreciate him.

Had an opportunity to work with Nick Yusi. We made an a change to our original written agreement and simply shook on it. Later, when all was said and done Nick went back on our verbal agreement and said he decided to stick with the written agreement instead. We were cheated us out of $500. Dont trust Nick Yusi - he is not a man of his word.
