I can't attest to the services that this business provides, but I wanted to write about an incident that occurred. I was out walking my dog tonight in Ballard when we walked by a truck parked on the street. As we were walking by, a German Shepard started barking very loudly out of the passenger side window of the vehicle. This startled us because the window had been left open on the vehicle and the dog was leaning out of it. I'm not sure if the dog was restrained inside the truck, but I was nervous that it might jump out. I am more concerned for the safety of this dog than anything else, mainly because it was left in a vehicle with the windows open while it was in the low 30's, and it had the potential to exit the vehicle which could put the animal at risk if left to roam. The vehicle was printed with the business name on it. I hope that whoever owns this beautiful dog ensures is security better in the future.
