I had what I thought was a simple project to resurface the flat roof on our patio. The folks at Davis thought it would be simple too. As it turned out, there was a small stubborn leak that was present after the resurface. The folks at Davis continued to return until they finally were able to detect and fix the problem. They did this good naturally and with professionalism, even though I suspect they lost money on the job. A special shout out to Danny who was the one who finally figured out the problem. I learned there's nothing straight forward about roofing and leaks, and you want someone like J.N.Davis to work with.

From day 1 up to present, a quotation was done. They said they will call us back, 2 1/2 weeks passed. No calls. After finally, I spoke with Robin, but apparently, she said they had death in the family. Our sympathy, and since she said they are contracted with HERO only, but they will try with another federal finance company which we said were approved and she said it will only take 1-2 days to do so. To sum it up, THIS company held us up and left us standing for nothing for a total of almost 1 month. Because everytime my husband will call them, they will say, we are working on your papers. How unfair and unprofessional are you people. You totally wasted our time. Tsk. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.

Outstanding roofing company. Highest integrity. Gotta love Robin :)
