Adam was great to work with. He went to bat for us with the insurance company after they said there was no damage. He was able to get USA back out to reinspect and got our roof repaired. I can highly recommend him and Advantage Roofing.

My roof is leaking in multiple places, I was dreading the bad news of how much it would cost to fix. But made the call to Loyalty Roofing and I'm glad I did. Roi was very helpful and transparent about my options. The person who originally did my roof did a terrible job (they were not a roofer), he showed me where the mistakes were made and what I could do to fix them. He showed me photos the problem areas of my roof and explained the issues. He answered all my questions and also sent me an estimate (about 5 mins after my appt) without any pressure for a new roof in case that's the route I choose.
