Working with the owner on my project turned out to be a blessing. I was against time restraints and a almost no budget, but he made it happen so my loan could go through. My house now looks beautiful and I would use this company again for my future jobs.

Called Mr Armstrong for a price and he showed up at my house same day. He was very friendly so i hired their team to replace my roof. They actually did it all in one day and the clean up was perfect. Not sure about these other reviews on-line but i would hire him again in an instant. Thanks Team we appreciate the quick work - Cheers!

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE GUYS!!! I had a leak in my tile roof. I talked to Jose about it and he sent out two clean and polite men who evaluated the roof and provided me with information. They were so good I asked them to clean my roof and gutters as well. They were able to fix my roof quickly and economically without creating a mess, and they were very professional. I have worked with other roofers in the past, so I have a frame of reference for comparison. They were - by far - the best roofing contractors I have ever worked with.

We had a wonderful experience with Armstrong Roofing. The quote was the best of four (4) quotes we had and they followed through with a super job. Homes on either side of us had jobs done within 2 weeks of ours and Armstrong was less expensive, on target time wise and better workmanship. Troy was honest in his assessment of the job and followed through with all that he said they would do. The personnel working the job were polite, helpful, clean and left the area as clean as it was when they started. Can not give them enough praise.

BEWARE OF TROY!!!! do not do business with this man. he is a liar and a scammer.. he will rip you off... and when you call him out on it. leave you in financial ruins and unfinished work. I have heard this from multiple client's of his... trust me the prior comments here speak for themselves.. they are all true.. there are so many lawsuits against this guy and his business. I doubt he is even licensed or insured.. I know his employees aren't.. there not even actual employees. he hires junkies off of craiglist who arw never on a payroll. they sure as heck arent skilled to be up on a roof.. nor trusted inside your house... I highly suggest you require proof from troy or the BBB...L&I...or CITY OF TACOMA that his employees or the business itself is liscened amd insured to be on your roof....they run around on the roof without proper roof gear.. let alone look like their high on something..probably why hes keeps them disposable...no payroll.. work for dirt cheap. and some never payed at all.. look it up.. do your research...ask questions.. and demand documentation if you decide to go with this guy.. his prices are cheaper.. cause he doesn't have professional. skilled employees.. and cuts corners where he can..
