Our basement flooded and we contacted them through recommendation from our insurance agent. We had a large party coming up in a short amount of time. Capstone was wonderful and very prompt very personable and very reliable. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them in the future they were just lovely to work with.

After our downstairs flooded last month we decided to go with Capstone based off of their great reviews and I’m SO glad we did. This company managed to finish what we thought would take weeks of off and on work in just 3 days and it looks AMAZING. Eric was so polite and professional and kept me in the loop with everything, not to mention he was always on time in the morning which is great. He did such an awesome job with repairs to the walls, repainting, and installing our new flooring, plus he was very careful about damage to anything and not to mention he cleaned up and mopped the floors everyday after finishing up. The Capstone team Gary, Gage & Mike are amazing!!! Their attention to detail & quality of work is exceptional. We had a shower that leaked into our basement bedroom. They handled the mold, water damage & new shower you would never know we had an issue. I would recommend Capstone for any project that you want professional work.

Flood in my bathroom from shower and carpet got wet in closet and some in bedroom Post Falls team, Eric Lance and Tyler...Mark/supervisor responded the same day of flood. Eric and Tyler are very nice, polite, cleaned up bathroom/bedroom every time they worked on the project. Very pleased with the outcome. I would definitely recommend this team.

After a water leak disaster we had in our room over the garage we called Capstone. Their response was immediate and deliberate. Within hours they were there to repair the leak and start the dry out process. Ted coordinated everything. Marty and his team quickly emptied both the overcrowded room and garage contents, inspected every item for damage and coordinated repairs where necessary. Then the repair process began and Ted’s team went to work on putting the rooms back together. Garth was great at all around construction, but excelled at drywall repair and texturing, which from personal experience is not easy to do. Overall, we couldn’t believe how minimally our life was disrupted due to their doing all the hard work for us. Thank you Capstone Construction!
