We did our roof last year with Penfolds after our neighbours suggested the company. I start with the fact that our previous roof guaranteed 25 years was leaking big time after 15 and we needed to also replace some of the plywood. Penfolds manager did an estimate and was really pretty much correct. The job was completed efficiently and a year later no problems and it rained a lot. Our manager was Andrew Cameron. I wanted to thank Andrew Cameron specifically for always being there when I had questions. Maybe I had too many, I don't know, but I felt he was very responsive and always very informative. Penfolds Roofing helped us with our home roof replacement after another roofing companies crew accidently came to our house last summer and started to remove our cedar shake roof by mistake - the final resolution was to authorize Penfolds Roofing to come in a replace our entire roof. The Penfolds crew was very efficient, cleaned up each day and even worked a Saturday to keep to the schedule. We chose Penfolds Roofing as they are and have always been the "Go To" standard for roofing contractors - and we would recommend them for both the residential and commercial operations.

We had our roof re-shingled back in November 2018. Right in the middle of a massive storm front that week. I was getting a little nervous as to when work was about to begin. The field supervisor had told me they would start that week and they picked precisely the one day it didn't rain. They literally started, finished and cleaned up all in one day under complete dry conditions. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism and expertise starting from the technical advisor, field supervisor to the crew themselves. They are a little more on the pricier side, but hey, you get what you pay for. If I were to do it all over again, I wouldn't hesitate. Highly recommended.
