Being that Eric is my uncle, I'm a little biased. However, he is an extremely hard worker and the work he does is flawless.

Purchased a house that had a roof done by Eric's Home Improvements. The roof had a few leaks so we called Eric's since it was installed by them and the roof has a 10 year craftsmanship warranty. They came out and looked at the roof but couldn't determine where the leak was and said they would tarp it over the weekend before the rain They never showed up to tarp the roof. Called again after the rain to get them out to tarp it before the next rain and still a no show. Called and asked what the 10 year warranty includes so we can have them perform the roof repairs but they couldn't tell us what the warranty even covers. Tried to schedule an appointment for them to come out and discuss the roof repairs and they didn't call or show up yet again. Unless you are getting a new roof installed, they don't want anything to do with you. The warranty is worthless, and they don't care about helping you after they get the initial job done. Would not recommend.
