We couldn't be more pleased with Smart Roofing. Excellent quality product, friendly and thorough staff that took the time to explain every detail to us. Our new roof is beautiful and makes our 23 year old house look like brand-new again. They replaced a rain gutter that was dented by a tree falling on it and upon inspection, they found that none of our rain gutters were pitched when our house was built. They took the time to correct that on all the rain gutters. The clean-up was excellent. I would recommend Smart Roofing to anyone looking to get a quality roof. We will be getting Gutter Guards from them this Spring.

Smart Roofing put a new roof on my house in July of 2018. Dale spent many hours with me prior to the project going over and explaining different options that were available. My roof required a full plywood redeck because of poor spacing of the 1x4's underneath the original roof. In addition, my roof had two layers of old shingles. The crew was very professional and hard working even in very hot conditions outside. They finished the whole job in two days. The new roof makes the entire house look so much better than before. We had a minor issue after the roof project relating to one of the gutters that was reused that was in good shape. Dale and crew were quick to follow up with a solution. Personally, I find great satisfaction in using a local family owned business without huge overhead costs. They charge a fair price but I'm speaking with the owners of the company directly. The other 3 roofing companies I got quotes from didn't offer that type of personal service and follow up. We highly recommend Smart Roofing. I hope I never see them again!

Dale and Company installed a beautiful new roof and new skylights. Dale had great suggestions and was involved and helpful while making decisions. The crew was friendly and courteous, had great senses of humor. I enjoyed having them at my home. Dale came when our roof started leaking in October and did a great job of educating us on what our option were. He and his crew replaced our roof and took care to clear up all materials. we could not be happier with the results.
