We found our home when it was about 90% built. The choices the builder had chosen were spot on perfect. We were able to change a few things and Pat and Debbie helped us out with those choices. The home is very solid, we haven't found anything that would be considered "so-so". They were super easy to work with and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new home.
