They came to give me an estimate on a job. He said he needed to investigate how to do the repair and he’d call me the next day. . I told him I had 2 weeks to get it done because I was selling my house. He never called. I called him and he never called back. I ended up having to give the buyer a credit for the repair. A week or two after my house sold, he texted me and asked what was the job I had asked him to do. I then told him that it was too late. He left me high and dry.
