Working with New Life Contracting for our hail damaged roof was amazingly easy and the job was done better than I could have imagined! Everyone from the sales team, the owner, the foreman and the crew was professional, courteous and treated our home and the roofing project as if it was their own house. I was told what they were doing and why and the foreman took the time to explain why they were doing specific steps and the benefits of the materials that they were using. We have an extremely tall house with a sharply pitched roof as well as many valleys on the roof. This was not your run of the mill roofing job and they were able to get it completed on time. We liked their work so much that we hired them to redo our second story porch. That job was also perfectly done! We have hired many contractors and none of them came close to how friendly, professional and understanding New Life Contracting was. We've worked with Randy Schaefer and New Life Contracting and were impressed. As mortgage lender, we were able to work with them on a home that was to be purchased to fix a roof. They understood the time frame and that a lender may be picky about certain aspects and complied with all our our needs. They truly made several people involved in that transaction happy.

If you are looking for great service and high quality do NOT choose New Life Contracting. We redid siding on our house prior to a sale. During the job they broke a storm door and drove two inch nails through a stairway leaving said stairway riddled with exposed nails. Repairs added a week to an already over-schedule job. They also threatened to put a lien on the house because we would not pay before all repairs had been made or before a final invoice was delivered. Randy specifically mentioned how "complicated" a lien would make the sale of our home. Professional? Maybe in the mob. The job was done at low cost and with mid-low range quality and with unwarranted, unnecessary threats. There are other contractors who will do a better job with a better attitude. With New Life, you get what you pay for.
