Highly recommend. Ideal initially came out and did some repairs and gave us an estimate on our roof. They honored their estimate 2 years later and did a great job on the roof. Their workers created some minor damage to a fence and the owner, Jim, was very understanding and had his crew fix it. The fence is probably sturdier than it was before! We had about 3 layers of shingles on our house, and so there was a HUGE mess in removal. I was mortified when I came home on demolition day, but the crew did an amazing job cleaning up. I still find bits of asphalt shingle in the bushes, but that day it looked like shingle-geddon. The next day, the blanket of black tar paper was gone, and I had a beautiful new roof.
