We had storm damage from a recent storm with high winds. We contacted USA Roofing and Renovations. I scheduled a Representative to come out. Their Representative met our Insurance Adjuster at our house a few days later. We were approved for a new roof because of the damage. They are experienced with the products they offer and we picked out a great shingle for us with high ratings, with the help of the experienced representative. We are completely happy with our new roof. Our home is a corner lot and stands out. The whole process from the time Insurance approved our roof, to the time we had the new one put on was less than 2 weeks. We couldn’t have done it without the knowledge of USA Roofing. We hired USA ROOFING & RENOVATIONS to replace our roof and gutter screens. USA ROOFING & RENOVATIONS were referred to us by a business organization in the area. They came out and gave us a free roof inspection on our roof after a severe storm passed through our area which caused our roof to leak. They had a certified inspector that thoroughly checked our roof and determined that we had much more storm damage than we realized because the damage was not visible from the ground. They advised us that they would work with our insurance company and meet the insurance adjuster at our home again to review damages incurred which put our mind at ease knowing that we had a professional and knowledgeable company working for us. USA ROOFING met with our insurance adjuster as promised and the insurance company agreed that we had substantial damage that would affect the integrity of our roof. USA ROOFING replaced our roof and gutter screens and our only out of pocket expenses was our insurance deductible. They did a wonderful job replacing our roof and were very careful not to damage any of our landscaping. They cleaned up so good and even used a magnet roller to make sure all nails were picked up as promised as this was a concern with us having children and small pets.
