These guys were great. Quick service and very knowledgeable. I have a baby so once the furnace went out, was glad to hear the knock on the door in the morning. They’ve done all of our servicing at this house and never had anything but good to say.

Dont waste your time. Terrible customer service, poor staff knowledge. And after calling many times (leaving a message each time), my call was not returned for a full week. And the representative still had no idea about what they were talking about. Upselling and "one and done" type buisness appears to be their approach. I would never deal with Midnight Sun again
