Top notch work. They did a great job on my roof. Speedy turnaround time. Just a heads up that there is an admin fee for paying with credit cards over $1,000.00 so be prepared to either pay that cost or cut a cheque through line of credit. I didn't find this out until after the work was done. That being said, I have no qualms with anything else. Would recommend them for quality job. EDIT: There was mention of the credit card fee in the initial quote. I have a tough time sifting through long documents but it was stated there.

Fantastic Experience! Don was extremely responsive during the quoting process. The price was reasonable. The work was done quickly and professionally. Hi. I just wanted to share some feedback with you. First I'd like to thank Karl, Don and all the hardworking individuals and administrators that have worked on our house's roofing and siding. The workmanship and service have been 5 STAR since the very first time we contacted you back in 2017! We listed our house this month and on day 2 we had an accepted offer. This week the buyers' home inspector was here and he raved on about how great the roof was and "what a great job they did" (you guys). We are always proud to tell people that ask, that Bluenose Roofing did our roof.

I have had to call Bluenose twice now and have found them to be very responsive and accommodating. Don is professional and efficient and provides quality repairs at fair prices. I highly recommend this company!

So disappointed. Long story short. Even after they thoroughly cleaned my yard, I was picking up handfuls of staples and nails from my property including the driveway. They broke the end cap to a gutter and didn’t replace it. They REMOVED my personal property from my yard without my permission and waited a full week to tell me. In which time, I thought someone had stolen the property (which they did) so I had to buy replacements. After some discussion Karl reluctantly agreed to fix some damage that they did but waited over 3 weeks to get back to me. So, I had fixed it myself. Karl did offer to reimburse me for supplies but not my time or labour. When I told him how much the supplies cost ($150) he said that I paid too much and then offered me half. When I told Karl I wasn’t happy with that offer, he graciously agreed to pay for the full amount if I could provide the receipt. Keep in mind, he STOLE these items from my property. Now he was questioning my honesty after I just spent thousands of dollars with this company. “I’m not sure why you think this is my problem” is the response I received when I told him about the damage. So disappointed in the lack of professionalism. Everything was handled well until the job was done and then he didn’t have the time of day. EDITED: Karl contacted me the next afternoon to apologize and correct the situation. He has sent his guys out to re-sweep the yard for nails and staples. He has sent me the money for the supplies, and will be dropping off the original supplies this week. I am happy with the outcome, and feel that potential clients should know Karl does care about the company’s reputation. Thank you Bluenose Roofing.
