Amazing work and prompt communication. During the end-of-April quotation process, I was told they're booked till end of August, however Charles and Emmanuelle understood the urgency and made room for my leaking roof very quickly (in May). I was pleasantly surprized by how organized was their 6-people team. Each member knew exactly what they had to do even without much communication. This proved great efficiency. Even during the installation Charles and Emmanuelle were responding promptly to any questions I had. Couvreur Denis Courville team is really the best roofers' team I ever had to deal. All 100% professionals and fully dedicated. Highly recommended

Difficult to rejoin. Message left. After a month M. Courville called and said that he will send someone. One week later a person called again and gave me an appointment for the next week. Waiting at home the day of the apponintment, but nobody show up. No call, nothing. Called the company to complain about the situation. Seems that nobody cares. They don't care about the customer. The owner probably won't be happy with this review. Highly NOT RECOMMENDED. NOT RELIABLE.
