I don't know who the other reviewers dealt with but my experience with this company is the worst. Having signed the contract on September 11, 2018. Micheal Grempel and his crew came in November and replaced 8 windows and 2 patio doors. One window was broken during installation another was delivered with the wrong size and the front door transom never came at all. Micheal originally told me it would take 2 weeks to replace the broken window and say it was easy to replace it. It was never replaced. I called and spoke to Micheal on several occassion and he told me he was picking up the transom from Quebec city and the other windows was ready but it was too cold and getting close to Christmas holidays so I gave them the benefit of the doubts and told him I want the windows fixed and replaced in spring asap as I have family visiting. IT IS NOW end of MAY 2019 and after contacting Michael on multiple times and each times he would have some excuses and promise to call me back. There was NO call back. Now I have resorted texting and emailing him to try resolve this situation. I have yet to hear from him. If you have read this review buyer beware! Regards, Alan

My experience with optimum pro and their employees was great. I shopped around before deciding and the best choice was optimum pro! The price they give me was the best one as well as product! The guys that did the job were very nice and did great job, done in 2 days!
