Mark Burns from Jorgensen Roofing visited today to assess a water leak in my garage. With a big smile he said he would gladly go up, for no charge and add some caulking to the flashing where he saw a gap. He gave me some good advice on Warranty as my existing shingles have not held up well and with some original paperwork, we might be eligible for some form of compensation when it comes time to replace the shingles. I learned lots of other helpful knowledge as he answered all my questions. Thanks Mark! You made my day!

Great professional work completed timely manner

When I called, I was greeted by a very courteous and knowledgeable member of their staff who was able to provide me a no-hassle quote right away on the first call. I will be sure to update this review after the job is done! Update: the guys did a great job, left no mess, and we had a problem-free roof this past winter! 10/10

I called Jorgensen to get a quote on installing some eavestroughing. After receiving the quote, I had to call them back four times to schedule the actual job, and then they never showed up. I called back one more time, and then finally canceled the contract when they still didn't show up. Apparently some jobs *are* too small.

Jorgensen Roofing is the best in the business. I've been dealing with them for over 15 years on several properties. What I love is their materials and details are all above minimum part 9 code standards which is the bare minimum and most roofers will give you. Their workmanship is excellent and customer service is bar none. They might not be your cheapest quote, but be sure to compare apples to apples in materials used and warranty information. These guys are top notch!
