I had Baird Roofing re-shingle my roof in 1997, with what was supposed to be 25 year shingles. They are now staring to curl and deteriorate after 16 years. I have placed several call to their business to have this problem rectified but have yet to get a reply. I would be extremely cautious in hiring this contractor.
