Very happy after 2 month and the wind we got some shingles came loose on call and even before I was back from work they had fixed. Any issue we had we dealt with professionally. Great experience 2018 ———— Let’s add to the great service. 1 year after install sent a quick email regarding a shingle that was sipping out by a window. Got the call coming to tack the culprit shingle back in place. A pleasure to deal with. Updated 2019

Sky High Roofing has no concept of customer service. I asked the manager, Marc, for an email copy of the invoice for my house and they demanded a $25.00 fee. What type of company demands payment for an invoice. Such a joke! Based on the company's response to other reviews posted here, their response will probably be that "I'm not their customer".

Brutal company. Will never hire them again and will be sure to make sure my friends and family know of the experience we had. We paid $600 for a service that rarely came and cleared our snow. They often wouldn't come until days and days after a storm. I even broke my ankle after one of these storms trying to get out to my car in my driveway because there was so much snow on top of ice. They also scraped the side of my neighbour's house with their plow. Sloppy, late, and so unprofessional. When I called a second time to make a complaint, I was met with incredibly rude customer service, and spoken to in a very condescending manner. The man asked why I had only called once to complain, and why I didn't call every single time they were no-shows, and I said because I work full-time and didn't have that sort of time. He yelled at me "WELL WE'RE WORKING FULL TIME TOO!" - I was in shock at his rudeness. I will never hire this company again.

We are a group of downtown addresses that share a lane. Two doubles, a single narrow lane between them. Around back we need parking for five cars. Street to back, over 35m deep. Very little space to pile snow ... This winter (2018-2019) has been the snowiest in a few years, and we've been entirely pleased with the service. To date we've had to had snow carted away twice, and expect it will happen again. Our contract reached snowfall maximums by mid-February, and we've signed an extension. A difficult year for snow, made easier by a company that has been prompt in responding to snowfalls, pleasant to deal with and ensured they will be top of our list for quotes next season. Recommended.

Do not hire this company for snow removal services. The service was so terrible, I felt the need to inform others. We paid $650 for a service that was spotty at best. When they did show up the area was left in worse shape than how it started. They often wouldn't come until days after a storm and their customer service continuously made excuses for their lack of work and punctuality. They were a complete nightmare to deal with.
