The whole process was very seamless and the prices were way better than others we had received. In fact, I was able to save $65. I know that's not a lot, but he could have not said anything. I think the fact that he did is a testament to how honest the company is made me realize that their company is reliable. The job took just about 2 days from beginning to end. After the inspection, Fountain Valley Roofing Services called me back that afternoon and let me know what needed to be done to correct the issue. The Monday morning of the following week they were able to start the project. The roofers who came out were on time, very friendly, worked quickly and the whole project was done in a day and a half. They had to disassemble the decking, remove the old sealing and insulation, replace the old plywood underneath, all before resealing and reassembling the decking. I was very happy with the experience and would highly recommend this company to anyone who has issues needing to be resolved quickly. They were easy to get ahold of and always returned my calls within a few hours if he didn't answer the phone immediately.
