I have used Tom Byer Roofing for many years. They came the first time in the rain to looks at a leak and didn't charge for the service call. Everyone else I called wanted $120 to $185 just to give me an estimate. They were there within 30 minutes as promised. They repaired the leak and charges a reasonable price. I had them come back a year and a half later to replace the roof. There bid was very competitive. They did the work in the time they quoted. They did such a good job, two of my neighbors had them do there roofs also.

I had a leak in my roof before the holidays and called Byer Roofing. Brian was over the next day to asses the damage. He pinpointed the leak and approximated the cost and followed up with a proposal within two days. He estimated that I did not need an entire roof so kept the cost down by proposing just the areas of concern. The crew that came over was very efficient and finished the job in a couple of days after which the city inspector came to inspect the job. I was very pleased with the handling of the project and would recommend Byer Roofing highly.
