These guys will show up to a residential complex they're working, at 7:30AM each morning, with their music BLASTING out of their truck (foreman with white hat), while they stand 20 feet away trying to yell over it to converse. Then all day on the roof it's hooting, hollering and swearing, and we even witnessed a couple shoving matches between employees as they worked. And it's extra loud, because they have their radio's volume cranked on the roof all day, louder than the work they're doing, and as such, they just yell back and forth across the roof to communicate, but now they have to yell _louder than their own music_. Basically, their employees show no respect to the people who have to live and work around them (or are just ignorant, or perhaps a combination of both). Dear Owner: Hiring garbage workers makes your company look like garbage.
