We had a windstorm that damaged our roof recently. I got a number of quotes from different roofers and Kelly and Son's had the best price. They were very fast to get our roof repaired and Ann was nice enough to explain everything to us on the phone what procedures were necessary and why they were necessary. The whole process was easy and efficient from start to finish. Frank showed up on time to do the quote and explained the process fully. We were kept informed of the installation date by Ann in the office, which due to the crazy weather we had been experiencing changed several times. The installation crew, led by Al, did a fine job with our roof, cleaned up very well after the job, and informed us they would be back in several weeks to re-clean the gutters after the initial washing away of packing material from the shingles. Unfortunately this never happened. After several calls to the office, which were never returned, I gave up and did it myself. Not a problem for me, but disappointed in the lack of follow up. To be fair, the installer did come back a week after the job to install a roof vent that had been missed, so we were happy about that attention to detail.

From the moment we met Frank, and later, Al -- we knew we were in good hands. They take a very personal interest and investment in each customer, and we witnessed firsthand the full "Kelly Care" treatment. These roofers are the real deal. They stepped in to help us just before the cold weather hit, after they learned that another roofer we had hired had unkindly stiffed us (Nu Edge Roofing, which we would never use or recommend). Here's how Kelly and Sons are different. They are kind. They are true to their word. They have a real CREW -- a team of capable male and female roofers who treat your home and property with care and respect. The roofs of our home and outbuildings were in bad shape. We had just navigated a health crisis in our family and as a mom and proud homeowner, I really needed the roof to be sound before winter. They took on our job at a super-busy time and got it done, with wonderful results. Are they the most inexpensive roofers out there? No. But you get what you pay for, and the final cost was fair given the scope of work and tight time frame. Peace of mind is money to me. Kelly and Sons have earned their reputation one roof at a time. I highly respect and recommend them.
