Ray answered all our initial questions in a knowledgeable manner and provided additional information; he also responded to calls/emails/texts very quickly. He handled the entire process efficiently and was always friendly and approachable. The job was scheduled within a couple of weeks and the crew was hard-working, polite and respectful. Arcamm recently replaced the shingles on our roof. We received a detailed quote and Ray was very good at answering any of my questions and concerns. Ray called ahead to make sure the work date was ok with us. The crew started work around 7:30 am and finished by mid-afternoon. The crew was excellent. They worked well and were very professional.
