Norm Shore the GM is the rudest individual I have ever met. I tried to work with this company. Got multiple different quotes which were all incorrect. The GM then has the nerve to call me and yell at me. I am still waiting on a quote. The rudest individual I have ever talked with.

This is not a service complaint but rather a employee complaint. I was randomly at Tim Hortons and this cardboard box hit my car, I came to look if it damaged my car, the person representing this company came towards me and took the cardboard box, he began to say I'm gonna take this and said it wasn't him. I said that's okay, however he started swearing at me yelling and giving me the finger. He had longish hair, older gentlemen, voice was high and raspy. Is this the type of employee you want to represent your company?

The first time I called and set up an appointment nobody showed up, so gave them another call and they came to assess the repairs. I was told after they looked at the rood that they would send me a quote within a three-four days. Called a few more times after that to inquire about the on-line quote that I was to receive, but nothing to date. Well it's been almost a month and still nothing. Very disappointed with their ability of not getting back to me. Would not ever call them again or even recommend to anyone I know. If they could not do the job, they should have had the courtesy of letting me know. Very irresponsible.

Dominion Roofing did the main part of our roof, and we came back a couple of years later to have them do the remaining roof. Obviously we were happy with their work and their policy of putting the client first. There was a mix-up over the tune-up of the original roof, but the people at Dominion were reasonable and easy to deal with, and that was resolved to our satisfaction. In the future and as roof issues occur, we will continue to deal with Dominion.

Dangerous drivers, need to go back to driving school to learn how to safely pass people on bikes.
