We have used Marlad for both our roof and siding projects. Both times, there was strong communication and workmanship. Any issues that arose during the projects were handled quickly by Kyle or Rob. During our siding project, the team discovered some damaged wood that was holding up our carport, and made recommendations to fix it. Had it not been for their technical abilities, we could potentially have had major issues on our hands!

We had a roof installed over our wooden front porch and when it was discovered that what we thought and actually told George was securing our existing porch wasn’t correct he told us that “It’s the right thing to do” to rectify it. They did the whole project right and you would be right to contact them for any of their services. George was totally up front with us and didn’t provide any promises that could not be honoured. The finished product looks like it is part of the original home and not something added later as care was taken to ensure that everything matched, such as the roof tiles and the colour of the siding. We could not be more pleased that Marlad was the company we went with. The workmanship provided by Matt and Don was professional and they were extremely helpful and informative throughout the project. Unsolicited comments from our neighbours, friends and family have all been nothing short of amazing.

Excellent timely work for a great price. Marlad did our siding and eavestroughs 4 years ago and it still looks brand new. Highly recommend!
