We needed a repair on our roof and someone referred us to LP Platinum. They had used them for their new roof and were very happy. I filled in the contact form online late one Monday night and heard back from them promptly the next morning and by the Tuesday afternoon someone had come out to see the roof and had emailed us a quote. We booked them to come the following week, only to discover Wednesday afternoon that we now had a leak in our master bedroom because of the roof. I contacted them again to see if they might be able to fit us in sooner, and they came Friday afternoon before the rain. We were very grateful! They were professional from start to finish. They answered all questions and communicated very promptly. When it is time to replace my whole roof, I will be calling LP Platinum to come back and would highly recommend them.

Very disappointed in LP Platinum. After arranging an appointment for a quote in Feb'19, the owner came out to give us an estimate. He promised he would email a quote in a few days. After several follow up voice mails, of which only one was ever returned, a quote was never provided. It is now end of May. We appreciate that they could be busy, but that is no excuse for zero communication and complete disrespect of the client.

An true professional company which is hard to find now. From my quote from Adam to the company owner Lucas working with the crew from start to finish. The experience was stress free. I have a 3 storey victorian home with a tall turet and many steep angled sections of roof that LP Platinum was able to handle and deliver a quality job.
