May windstorm caused a lot of damage to a lot of homes. Trying to get a roofing company to answer your calls was literally impossible. Titans answered the call, had someone willing to come out and take a look (used a drone!), provided a list of addresses they had done if we wanted to go look, gave us choices and recommendations for shingles, and provided an estimate. They said our roof was not in great shape (only 5 years old) and suggested we replace versus repair. They were very busy but said they could replace our roof if we wanted to wait approx. 8 weeks. We literally never saw them as we were away the day they came to do it. They did a professional job and left our yard clean and tidy. The roof looks great and we are happy that we finally have a proper roof on our house. Thank you Titans for doing a great job! Would recommend them to anyone looking for a roofer who does quality work. Yes they cost a bit more and it's well worth it to have a proper roof on your biggest investment - your home.

We had roof leak on March 10, 2019 as result of strong wind and heavy rain. I immediately contacted Titans on Sunday morning to investigate and find the root cause. Few hours later I received 2 emails from the Shawn(owner) and Cait. They assured me that their team will come Monday morning at 8:00 AM for a site visit. Long story short, team member came on time to find the root cause and Cait provided estimate for the work. Service from Titans Roofworks has been excellent and prompt from the time they replaced my roof shingles about 2 years ago to date. Over the last 2 years, I have called them twice for site visit to seek their expert advise and they always came promptly. Highly recommended!

-1 Don’t Trust Titan Roofing. I had my roof repaired by them and a few weeks later all the new shingles blew off. It was a small job only a few shingles and they could not get that right. I understood I was getting a Repair and Preventative Service, paid...and then they said I had no coverage on their work. I didnt expect a new roof just some accountability. What a waste of money. Also the damage now could escalate significantly and effect my house. They didn’t even offer an alternate solution. Go elsewhere!
