We had a leak on the flat portion of our roof during the most recent rains that was leaking directly into our sons room. We were able to get a tarp up to handle the majority of the water until the rain stopped. I called multiple other roofing companies to which I got the same answer, "you are going to be waiting a few weeks, we are really backed up." We had used Roofing Standards on our commercial building previously with awesome results (that's another story). I called and spoke to one of the ladies in the office who were able to slip me in between some of the larger commercial repairs they had going on at the time. The guys came over the next day and took care of our problem, cleaned their work area and even folded up our tarp. I will be using these guys again. They have continued to impress us in both commercial and residential services.
