Know it all came out to give me a quote. Told me everything that was wrong with my house gave me no useful information about evestroughs and left me with a rediculous quote that was 1500.00 more than the most expensive quote of three others . No thank you

Isaac and his crew did excellent work when they replaced our eavestroughing less than 2 years ago. A few months back I contacted Isaac to ask for his opinion on other roof-related work projects. Isaac has an excellent work ethic--he has earned our trust and respect.

We bought a house 1 year after eavestroughs were installed on it by Eastern Eavestroughing. Previous owners handed over invoice and told us to contact the company if there were any issues. We did find a few leaks at corners and when we investigated further, saw that gutters were not leveled properly to drain the runoff - as a result, the water was standing in the gutters. When we first called the company, we were told that the owners are on vacation and they'd call us back in a couple of weeks. A month later, we called them again and left a message which was never returned.

My phone call was returned immediately on Friday. The gentleman came out to inspect my problem which was regarding a leak and overflow of water that day. He informed me I didn't need a replacement , but caulk and a splash guard. He described in detail how I can easily repair my problem. I appreciated his honesty and he even offered to drop off a splash guard. He delivered the splash guard on Monday which is found on my porch. I can only image the service this company would offer to its customers considering how above and beyond they went for my issue.

We had eastern apply new trough to our entire house! It's a small house but it only took half a day. I thought eavestrough would be a boring add on to our house but it actually made our house look so much better!
