I have got so many quotes but none of them willing to show up at my door to explain the detail. They just left me with price or send me the quote through email, but my roof has a lot of small detail problems that I need them to take a look and let me know the solution. Yudy from Sunglow Roofing team is the only one booked an appointment with me. She show led me her measurement of my roof. She even went up to my roof to see all the problems that I have. I was so impressed of her professionalism. She also showed me all different kinds of shingles. I picked the medium quality one. On the project day, she came in the early morning with the crews. And the crew were quiet, they know what they were doing. She also showed me before and after pictures of my roof. I can not say anything more good about them.

Sunglow Roofing team did a really good job on my roof. The sales rep Joanna was recommended by one of my best friends. She came and explained all the details and stayed at the site when the roofers were doing the job to make sure everything goes well. Not only the roof work is good, the service is also excellent. Despite I had so many concerns, Joanna was patient to answer all my questions. Highly recommended.

Where raplacing my neighbors roof and damaged our eaves and window walls. I appreciate that the manager personally came to the site and appologized and fixed the damage but it was caused by careless throwing of shingles off the neighbors roof and box of plastic vents falling off the roof...both of which landed on our house...if these had hit a person they could have caused a serious injury.
