When he came to quote, spent time with me to explain many options and what he thought was best, as we have a unique roof and evestrough system that has been damaged many times in the past. Our eavestrough on one side of our home blew up during the last wind storm we had in Toronto. We called couple of roof repair guys and some of them were hard to bring on site because this was a small job and few others quoted really high and we were like we are not replacing the entire roof but we are just trying to fix one side of the eavestrough. We found Patrick when he was doing work in our neighbour's home. We asked him to come home and give us a quote. He was prompt in showing up and the price he quoted was reasonable.
