Tom and his team did an outstanding job. We got about 6 quotes for our roof and City Wide Roofing had both a very reasonable price and great online reviews. We found Tom very easy to work with - he is very responsive and reliable. One thing that stood out the most to us was the fact that they started the 2 day project during the day on August 7th and we didn’t see any leaking or other issues when the massive rain storm hit Toronto later that night. I will be recommending City Wide to my friends, family and coworkers.

Have been trying to get in touch with the GM for a week to no avail. My elderly parents were promised work would be done, it hasn't happened. 3 days have gone by without a phone call stating as to why nobody has shown up to the house. How can you make promises and guarantees without following through? Especially when there is a leak in the roof and it's constantly raining? Not very professional at all.

I had city wide come to do my roof and I came home from work and saw the crew sitting in the back of the trailer doing drugs and only a quarter of my roof was done. They told me that they had to tarp the roof for the night. It ended up raining the next day and I had a leak. They are very unprofessional and I would recommend you do it yourself before you hire this company.

Poor with waste management. They didn’t work a full day until close to being finished. On the final day they proceeded to hammer and yell until around 10pm to avoid working on a Saturday. Would recommend you find someone else.
