Perry and his crew did a great job installing the roof and skylight. He also took time to add a downspout to prevent future leaks and problems. His crew are very professional, as my son would put it they are the nicest contractors. Perry also took his time explaining the job and never pressuring to buy. Thank you Perry and crew I would recommend Assured Quality to my friends, family and work. Great job guys.

Perry was a fast communicator and professional. Had a good size crew to get the job done efficiently. It was a detailed roofing job but not an obstacle for him. Price was right. Would definitely call him again but hopefully I don't have to anytime soon!

In short: very happy with his workmanship. Perry stands by his work on the quality and on the thoroughness. They got the job done, and then some, and cleaned up. The photo shows the quality materials that went into replacing my flat roof with 2” insulation and the many protective layers. Underneath the two old roofs, he found and showed us the rotten wood that needed replacing. Negotiated a fair extra cost for the 18+ more man-hours to fix it all. Throughout the project he let us on the roof to see the various stages of his progress and to show us when the bathroom vent was to be installed.

Perry came to my property to view the potential work that needed to be done on my flat roof. After inspecting the job he informed me that it was too complicated with high risk since we are an older Toronto house. He recommended to find another company to do the work or for me to sell the house. Interesting advice and not impressed with that response. I feel he does not work well with complex roofing situations required for Toronto houses.
