A living NIGHTMARE!! Had a very minor drip coming from the roof. Slavik replaced the flat roof, and now water is literally pouring in when it rains. What started as an occassional drip is now a waterfall. Water has now destroyed the drywall in the rental unit below, as well as the tenant's belongings. Slavic attempted to correct his mistake and then abandoned...yes ABANDONED the project!. He is not returning my calls, but kept my $4300. Slavik has an impressive website...but don't buy it. This guy has no idea what he is doing. Major damage to the rental unit...drywall caving in and blackened with mould...water still pouring in.
