I had used this company many years ago for my home in Manhattan Beach and they had been reliable and trustworthy at the time. I have since had a maddeningly frustrating experience where they have been unable to return phone calls or follow up in any way for weeks at a time since I reached out to engage them. I was promised that Gary would be in touch over a month ago and still nothing. They no longer even answer their phone. Who knows? Maybe they've gone under since.
