Well, if they say they need a credit card over the phone, you'd better be certain you want them to do the work at whatever the price they choose. They came out to my house for a repair, and gave me no idea of cost, and then charged far more than I would have agreed to. Would NOT recommend at all.

We have called the Roof Doctor on three different occasions for problems in different buildings. A number of years ago we called him to fix a leak in our roof. It was a new roof, but the roofer had gone out of business. The Roof Doctor came in and took photos, gave us a quote and that same afternoon fixed a major leak. It never leaked again. Recently we had squirrels in the attic of our office building. He was here within an hour of the phone call. He analyzed the problem, found the entry point and used a one way trap door. The squirrels have been gone for a few weeks now. He will repair it permanently in the Spring. This is a guy who really understands roofs and structures and fixes your problem once and for all!
