Rico came to check out our roof on a house we just bought, as it looked a little funny to my eye with some dips here and there. Other roofing firms just quote you the price of a full redo, but Rico didn't. He looked at the roof and told me it was fine, and the shingles were in good condition. He told me why there where dips and explained it in a rational fashion. He said not to waste my money and it will be fine for 5 years. He's won my business for when I do it 5 years from now. Seems like a really trustworthy guy and I'll definitely go back to him.
