I had contacted Great Northern Insulation for a condensation issue I was having with my attic. They were able to quote and perform the work quickly. My sales consultant Gregg was knowledgeable and helpful in determining what was needed to be done to address the issue. My attic insulation was not up to code. The crew that came, John & Nate were very courteous, professional and made me feel like an important Customer. They did an amazing job and cleaned up the mess great! I will definitely recommend them and use them for future insulation projects. Many thanks, Kimberly Talbot
I highly recommend Great northern insulation as a company. They just did my home and they explained all the options upfront and what I needed and broke down each option by cost which help me pick what’s most suitable for my budget. Also Josh provided an exceptional customer service as he executed the project with great customer service and responsiveness.
The whole process went very smooth from quote to completion. The guys were very professional and did a great job.
Very happy with the service at Great Northern Insulation. Would definitely recommend.
We had a horrible experience with Great Northern. After poor service on a couple of our new builds (including not insulating windows) we held off one of our invoices on a job until complete. After being told it was going to get taken care of, the sales rep called us to tell us they had changed their mind because the building inspector had passed the insulation (the windows missed were 15 feet up in a 2 storey great room). We had provided pictures of the missing insulation. After explaining to their accounting department that we were paying 4 of the 5 invoices (leaving the invoice with window insulation unpaid until complete) we get a letter in the mail a couple days later telling us that they've put a construction lien on our home. And in order to discharge the lien they also require a $700 "lien fee". After more conversation with their accounting department they finally agreed to complete the work properly but refused to remove the fraudulent lien fee. After having discussed this with many of our other trades and other builders in the area. We've come to learn that others have also had many issues with this company. This all started to happen after we had told our Great Northern sales rep that we wouldn't be using them on our next project. The fraudulent lien fee happened days later. We won't be using them again. And we caution other builders on the same.
