Contacted Golden West exteriors due to a leak on my flat roof. From start to finish the service i received was fantastic, the lady on the phone promised me someone would come out the same day to give me an estimate on the work. Sure enough Kris came out that day and advised me on what was needed to repair my leak. He arranged for a team to come out that evening to patch me up until arrangements could be made to do a full repair. The whole experience was very calming and i felt i was being looked after all the way through the process. Every person i spoke to was very polite and professional. I would certainly recommend them without hesitation.

We contacted Golden West after seeing the name on a company truck. We have a unique 2 story house which has a single attached garage with a deck on top of the garage. The garage roof (deck) was leaking. After sending a request for an estimate to Golden West, Thomas contacted us. He came out on the holiday Monday (because that suited our schedule) of the long weekend to view our problem. Thomas made us feel very confident that the leak was going to be relatively easy to repair. We received a very reasonable estimate and we asked that he do the repairs. The quality of work that was done was nothing short of outstanding! The day after they finished we had 3 days of rain and our garage is bone dry!
