DO NOT TRUST GARRY / Home Smart Projects / Roof Smart Projects / HSP Construction, etc. He is a fraudster and will steal your money. After hiring Garry to do a small reno, he took my money up front (50% deposit), had an inexperienced sub-contractor work on my place (which cost me money to completely repair/fix after the fact), that sub-contractor quit on Garry and left me hanging because apparently Garry hadn't been paying him. Garry then ghosted me for a year, making up all kinds of incredible lies until I realized I probably would never see that $4000 deposit (plus the $2000 it cost me to fix the bad work that was done).
